lol, #LockBit released the 33 TB of hacked Federal Reserve data today and now their infrastructure is kneeling under the heavy load from everyone trying to download it

Oh snap.

I want a copy 😂

I don't actually know the URL to their website.. We have yet to see if the data is bullshit or if the FED actually got hacked though

Right, I just want to see if the information is real.

Oh we will probably know very soon when the right people can dig into it

Should turn it into Kind 1’s and distribute the load to the relays ;-) Anything interesting in there?!

Distribute using nostr relays, that would definitely make the day of a relay operator interesting. Not sure about the contents, I don't know where to find it tbh

Would drive adoption :-) And stress-test really how sensor resistant Nostr really is ;-)

33 TB would honestly obliterate many relays I imagine. Not all, but some cloud providers have a maximum bandwith limit that you'd probably hit with that amount of data. If they didn't cut the connection, they'd probably request a whole lot of money for the extra bandwidth usage

Don’t have to post it in totality to all relays.

T0rrent link? 🤭

I have no idea how they distribute the files but I would sure hope they release torrents instead of serving it through HTTP or FTP

Any word on what's in the files?

Thank you
