Sure, it basically is a bitcoin/Lightning payment processor and store. Your acct was purchased with the same server, store page below.
You can create payment buttons, shops, manage checkouts, etc.
Basically if you want to build a bitcoin store, you would use the BTCPay server to create the backend payment processing, links, etc.
ex. Of BTPay storefront;

For example, you could build a store selling high resolution prints of certain pieces of your art..
Is there a tutorial out there to set up btcpay server on umbrel?
I do kit recommend BTCPayserver on umbrel, I wasted so much time trying tinderbox to work, and not even worth it if you do….
1) if you are serious about payments you shouldn’t be doing it out of your house, power outage, internet issue..
2) Anyone that uses it can see your IP address unless you VPN (additional cost)
3) You can host your own node for $9 a month at BTCPay Recommended LunarNode, that what I do
4) If you just want a test bed, try it out on a stable node, get a nostr.build acct that has the btcNode access
