Awesome. How are you feeling so far? If you're active, it might take up to 3 months to get your athletic performance back to where it was on carbs.
Feeling good and have carb cycled enough that I don't see a big impact to athletic performance. Just never went pure carnivore until now.
I was carnivore for 8 months prior to 2022, then wanted to run my first marathon so I did the standard high-carb training for all of 22, but now I'm back to zero carbs and I'm going to try for another marathon this year and compare the results.
