It is like nothing matters to them. I always tried to impress my employer, earn their respect and learn new skills from them. I would get paid more for working to make the business function better.

It is like they have no basic connection to what they are a part of. Sometimes I think that they may spend so much time online that going to work is some kind of come down, or like entering some foreign world.

I think what I get frustrated the most at is there is this attitude that what a business does is lame, that asking to do things the way I want is annoying, that they don't want to understand why things are done a certain way. That they can just quit, lie on their unemployment forms, take another job, quit there. All while feeling self rightous and superior about some fantasy future of theirs.

I know what I have to do to earn a living, I don't even understand how these people make it.

The system has done nothing but provide excuses and escapes for them. Unless they come from good parents they’ve literally never been held accountable.

There are still terrific, smart, respectful young folks out there, but they’re fewer and fewer all the time. I legit watched the degradation of the system and its product for a decade.

It’s not getting better any time soon. Every one of those shitty employees had shitty parents, almost guaranteed. Couple that with the YouTube influencer bullshit and their faces being in screens all day, gtfoh.

Or TikTok or whatever the fuck they’re staring at for 10 hours a day.
