I'm seriously getting self-psyched now about the remote idea of moving there. This may actually end up happening.

This is also why I keep saying that Trump's most important internal task right now is to keep the religious nuts in check. There is no "conservative turn". There may be a "new conservatism" if you want, but those guys haven't received the memo yet, and they are the only ones who can fuck up MAGA with their shenanigans.

I've spent quite a bit in FL these last few years, especially in the southern part. Not so much Miami as places between there and Palm Beach. Saint Pete's a couple times.

The exceedingly frequent rain kind of turns me off, being from the rather dry Mediterranean shores.

But the absence of income tax, IF Trump delivers on eliminating the federal one too...
