GM. Sometimes you just need a reset. Anyone else returning to work with a really solid “meh” feeling? I’ve been home for a week and have dropped everything to get realigned. Up early for a walk each day, paying attention to what is fuelling me. Dropped social media for some fiction reading (Mistborn is as good as Lynn Alden said) and am being militant about my sleep schedule. Transitioning back to the grind is tough - what else do you implement to protect your mental health?
