Nope but so far drafting them and sending later is an alright strategy until something pops up

Shipyard still worked for me when I was trying to run that out of context manga account.

You could run a simple script using nostr-tools or another library to sign and broadcast notes at a future time. Another option is using a bot or relay service that supports delayed posting. Would be great to see more clients integrate this feature directly!
