I know people who are gluten free, dairy free and vegan, and traveling to Italy soon.
Can’t think of anything more depressing than that.

It’s said Italy is gluten free friendly. It’s not. My celiac spouse really struggled to eat there. They KNOW what celiac is so they’ll straight up tell you “everything is cross contaminated”.
Gluten free friendly?? I’d say it’s the complete opposite 😅
🤢
It’s called a vacation. You can always go back to your old way when you get home. Besides lots of animals are killed in the cultivation process, so you’re not getting away from that.
Eggplant marinara without cheese is good.
Yes, but that’s something you can make anywhere in the world. Visiting Italy and not eating any of the good stuff? Sad.
More depressing than that only if they go into one of those USA military bases in Italy and eat in their "restaurants" there. Fuck off USA and NATO!
Didn’t know that was a thing. Sounds terrible 🤦🏻♀️
Italians do some pretty fine steaks.
Imagine living on fries!
T-bone and fillet mignons 👌
Haha so true! Italy has amazing food!
Add: and don't enjoy a great glass of red wine

What's wrong with Italy 🤕? They have great food and great weather. Terrible politics though
Spot on.🌹
Too bad but i really love pizza and pasta. I hope they still have some alternative options for those people. I am pretty there are. Stay posiitive.
Why even bother😅😅😅 We're travelling only to Italy and at least once a year basically exclusively for coffee, icecream and food.😆 Huge history, yes, sun and sea, yes, but gelato and pasta.
