I just remembered that a few years ago I did intermittent fasting for a couple months and it worked sooooo well. I only ate inside an 8 hour window each day and didn't eat anything for the other 16 hours. Or maybe I did 9/15. Once I got in the habit I shed 10-15 lbs easy.

BMI doesn’t account for muscle mass so a ton of people who are strong are considered overweight or obese according to BMI but they aren’t really! Maybe you don’t need to drop a full 20 lbs. that’s a lot!
