Expecting change from the top is how we got into this mess.

Schools are local jurisdiction. If people want change they need to start electing rational Board Trustees.

The board trustees power is limited as the education in Canada is governed at the provincial level, meaning each province sets the overall curriculum, including topics related to gender and inclusivity. The trustees are not able to override provincial mandates on their own.

If you want to change the education you advocate for changes at the provincial level and that takes forever.

The government has no business involved in the education. The people can run schools and do a better and faster job
