best option for iOS (sending zaps) for someone who's mostly on mobile on nostr #asknostr (posting for u to chime in bc i dont have ios myself)
https://ln.tips in telegram to receive + that wallet connected to Bluewallet app (lighting wallet setup) to send zaps
if you want to be able to zap by means of a one-tap, I'd advice u to setup getalby.com on desktop once (instead of Bluewallet) and connect your akby extension to your ln.tips
i bet there's a ton of other nice setups, but i think these two options are the best for now
they are all custodial solutions btw, so know ur risk.
I perhaps wouldn't worry too much about relays 🤔 not for a bit anyway. There aren't really many topics-based ones or anything like that.
Wine is probably the most recommended paid relay tho(?)
