It makes a big difference, i started doing that and saw the differences also, i have internet router in my bedroom and i sleep better when i shut it down at nigth 💯

I normally have the wifi router on a timer to turn off overnight, and put phone on flight mode and switch off power by the bed. Not sure if it makes much difference but decided to give it a try after reading The Invisible Rainbow. Pretty amazing book that one. Though now I have a bit axe I tend to leave the wifi router on more...
I haven't heard of that book but will look it up.
Can you not hardwire the bitaxe to a router?
My router is a wireless 4g router rather than hard wired so I can't have the internet on at all without at least some wireless signal, so plugging the Bitaxe in isn't really an option.
