So I've been doing this thing and I've been sleeping much better...

The "thing" is turning off all wifi connections before going to bed. phone, router etc.

Definitely a thing. We’re all electronic beings. Brain, neurons, water…

Not much point if you have a mobile mast in front of your house though…
