yes

Define consciousness

Define computation

Turing complete computation is may be necessicary but not sufficient for the computational capabilities of biology. There is no synchronous clock, there is no sequence of discrete instructions or components, there is no "kickstarting life" as it is the result of an ever ongoing process. Its massively entangled.

There are processes in the brain akin to clocks though

Key word - "akin". The model of the world is not the world itself. Don't mistake the map for the territory.

I gotta go to sleep because I read that as: is consciousness a form of consumption?

Either way, that’s deep!

This sentence I can get behind.

Autopoiesis - the process of self maintenance. The continuous process of integrating external matter for energy and expelling unusable matter.

If that was the case, it would be nice.

Totally

Yes. Artificially intelligent biorobotic quantum algorithms developed cosmologically over billions of years of evolution.

Consciousness is soul. Computers don't have soul.
