If anyone wants to get half as jacked as that pictured dude then they will have to lift heavy ass weights. No way around it.

People can get pretty ripped and fit with body weight excercise. Won't get BIG and strong though.

This iron wolf dude is extremely well conditioned and definitely a badass, but I was talking about getting BIG. Different stuff.

I understand and agree amigo. I just prefer the burpee to the pushup. Which is where my op came from i guess. Pushups in my experience, tend to create pronated shoulders and impingement just like the bench press does over time. Getting big is great, I have been there but I am a firm believer long term in bodyweight exercises and to me the burpee is superior and Iron Wolf is the guru. If anyone here can get to 100 burpees in a row and do it consistently they will know like I do.
