I understand and agree amigo. I just prefer the burpee to the pushup. Which is where my op came from i guess. Pushups in my experience, tend to create pronated shoulders and impingement just like the bench press does over time. Getting big is great, I have been there but I am a firm believer long term in bodyweight exercises and to me the burpee is superior and Iron Wolf is the guru. If anyone here can get to 100 burpees in a row and do it consistently they will know like I do.

Ive been working my way up to 100 burpees since Jan 1, never felt better. 73 is the goal for today!
