Largely up to you. I didn’t think we have to be on the same mint but I had an issue with a non nostr:npub1tm99pgz2lth724jeld6gzz6zv48zy6xp4n9xu5uqrwvx9km54qaqkkxn72. They couldn’t redeem it.
I run a @shopstr shop, and nostr:npub16dhgpql60vmd4mnydjut87vla23a38j689jssaqlqqlzrtqtd0kqex0nkq uses a mint for payment. I believe it's called minibits That's why I ask
