You need chicken netting and a solar electrifier.
Get the longer "T" post grounding rod as well.
I like the speedrite solar S1000 a little pricey but so far amazing.
The premier1 solar electrifier is good too but I prefer less moving parts.

Cyclops is the Cadillac of electric fence chargers.
If you get netting you gotta get the double spike to give your foot a place to push the post into the ground. ... And 164' lengths of poultry netting are a death sentence if you plan to move regularly.

Cyclops might also be the only American made energizer available right now. There is a business in the mid west somewhere that is piecing together the best parts of different brands to make a new brand of energizers but I can't recall the name.
