I genuinely appreciate it as well.
If we are picking what doors we most appreciate being open 😅 I'd opt for all public doors.
1. Often times those doors are quite heavy.
2. Given that the doors are touched by countless people, constant handwashing can take a toll on a manicure.
3. It just flows better because traditionally, the gentleman should always allow the woman to walk into a room first, making it only natural for him to hold the door open for her.
Don’t men just open doors so they can have a moment to appreciate your backside 😂
There are ways that require less effort 😂 I think it’s just to be nice

Thank you! I do too. Once had a guy let a door slam in my face while I was on crutches. He even turned around to see me struggling to get the door open after him and he was still in front of the closed glass door but just turned back around. It was a total WTF moment.
That’s just plain rudeness, there’s no cure for that unfortunately

Absolutely! 🙌 I could not agree more. I believe in embracing and appreciating traditional roles, one of those roles being “protector” -Protect me from this heavy germ infested door. 😅
In essence, it's all about mutual respect and allowing each other to express our care and support in meaningful ways. Obviously if a man is carrying heavy boxes into the house his wife or girlfriend should open the door. Back to good manners.
