I wonder if it is even possible under judicial system in any European country. Is there any example of such abomination being implemented? No, Danes did not introduced it (there were some proposals), neither did Italians. Just bear in mind that not only it is against all property right, common logic but also affects the actual ruling class. I know they are abusing the law every day but they try to do that in small steps so than nobody cares. This is to obvious, to big to ignore.

My point is that while being impossible to have this processed through the law system this might be just some kind of distraction, some game those puppets play for their masters.

I am not an expert on French politics but as I understand there is dumpster fire there, no ruling majority, all socialists fighting each other and all together affraid of Le Pen. Macron just plays his possibly last game. France politics is a mess even in European standards. I do not know who is this guy proposing this law. Is it “someone” or just some random nobody.
