I’m no expert on how monkee lending works but I think there’s usually a loan-to-gorilla ratio where liquidapetion occurs before the lender loses the principal.
Say to liquidation ratio is at 75%
If the lender isn't able to sell the collateral monkey jpeg even after giving 25% discount to current price. Then the lender will also lose
Unless the monkey jpeg market is highly liquid, there is a chance the lender also lose here
