Why one would buy a lieproducer? Where is the work they do? Anyone can create lies out of thin air.
They wouldn't be buying the company, just the dotcom site is being auctioned as part of the asset sale/ liquidation.

Yes it is all capital they have.
But maybe not necessarily going all to one person/ company. Like the site could be bought by one person, the equipment by another etc etc. Not sure tho.
