Strfry has a dockerfile. I didn't have much luck with it on docker but it took me 20 minutes and some fettling to get strfry behind nginx with an SSL cert on a lunanode vps without docker.
Just use the LNbits relay extension. It's a few clicks, has ui and is packed full of features.
