Some people, even anarchists, don't understand that anarchy doesn't mean absence of rules / laws
The only rules I care about are my own; fuck everyone else's.
The problem is when rules are imposed top-down as bureaucrats from government do. Mutually agreed rules through voluntary contracts will be completely natural in anarchy
I only care about my rules, in other words those I made for myself or those I agreed to follow. As you said, "mutually agreed rules...", anything else I'll ignore or break when I feel like it.
