According to Nostr Band, retention is around 1%. 😑🤦♀️😔

I think I’m reading it correctly.
If I am, I’m not shocked. I’m not surprised at all.

Only the good ones make it through. This is a feature, not a bug.
What do you mean by “good ones?”
The ones who get it.
I still don’t know what you mean. It sounds like you’re talking in code.
But I digress…
For the average person who wants to enjoy another app on another protocol, the person might feel discouraged and disconnected because they “didn’t get it’.”
Some people get discouraged because the masses haven’t discovered Nostr yet. But 99% of the people I’ve found on traditional platforms I would never want to interact with. The learning curve is a filter. I’m okay being among the 1% of people who have interesting things to say.
Thanks for your perspective. 👍
Yo hear me out... we get bunch of strangers from nostr, throw them on a island and live stream it on zap. stream the winner of the event would get the pooled zaps after cost of production.

Freedom test
Could be inaccurate. Does it filter out all of the fake public keys created by you know who?
