One initial question I have on this…the VC, funding round, etc world is foreign to me.

Is this pretty common, as Cory suggests, to keep this info close to the chest and that Odell and Bitcoiners just have a higher bar for Bitcoin companies and encourage more transparency? (Which I agree with btw)

Or is Swan’s approach just off the mark completely and too in the dark? nostr:note10cam8hkf6m667h43um64vx7fyfukkk4836wtc2tyep9n64th8snq22q6p6

Swan is prepping to IPO... Growth above all else.

Why should you care?

I don’t trust Odell, Corry, Marty, Peter or any other “influencer” out there.

Learn to verify information that you are dependent on and that has great consequences to you personally

Otherwise why would we trust anyone - everyone has something to sell so everyone has an interest to present what they think is in their best interest. It’s just a state of the world

I trust the code - because code is the law - and myself because if I am not right I know exactly who to blame

As far as anything else goes I hold my own keys and don’t give a flying fuck about anything anyone is trying to tell/sell

I have worked at one venture backed firm. I have not heard of stonewalling investors. Matt says at top of clip 'refusing to answer questions privately'

Seems like massive red flag to me. You can share info privatelyy, in confidence. If it leaks, then will be on the investors rep.

If there was nothing to worry about why couldn't they have shared high-level info privately with Ten31
