Basically happens to me every winter, gonna do same thing I do every spring: try to hit about 2000 cals per day (usually just drop carb calories) and add 20 mins a cardio per day.

Fat gone in like 6-8 weeks easy

Same exact situation here. Adjust my diet to about 5% total calories from carbs (<20g max), enter a state of Ketosis and 10lb gone in 4-5 weeks max.
