Notice how I didn’t say aesthetics
I have to say, aesthetics help make the case to loved ones that it’s a journey worth embarking on. It gives me credibility. Projecting beauty and confidence is good as long as pride doesn’t creep in.
I did. My husband goes for all this, but loves being hot😀
I’m 9 years older than my wife, I need to be here for her as long as I can.
Very responsible and thoughtful of you 🦾
Followed!

Accurate 😂
Yup. If you don’t, you die. Horribly. And younger than expected.
Do moar. Moar.
This is true. And no one’s coming to save us 🫡
Absolutely nobody. Actually it can go the other way. You will encounter people that will push hittin the bar & other shit over hitting the gym or rink (my gym).
Be fat & miserable like me crowd. Nah.
That’s something I often think about. Why is it that the bar has a much better rep than training and drinking water. Then I think about bread and circus…
It’s a cycle. Gotta break it at the family level.
“Wait till you’re 21, then you can drink attitude.” Fuck that.
It’s very ingrained in the US culture & most to be honest.
