Lets say we buy the idea we need an inflationary currency (I don't, but just for arguments sake), I would design a provably fair lottery system that draws a random individual per week that receives x amount of currency, inflating the supply at some accapted rate. That would be a much less toxix design.

The toxicity of the current system derives from the hidden nature of it, the sneakiness, the evil, the warmongers that control it... It it was more open and algorithmic it wouldn't be nearly as bad.
