Could you explain more? I am aware of blue light effect but did not know I could just use red light.

Check out dr Jack Kruse. He’s got great info about blue light. Simply put: blue light blocks melatonin because it tricks your brain into thinking it’s daylight. Red light creates brightness without the unnatural effects on sleep
