Oh brother, I feel you. My schedule is all fucked up due to bartending. I would be a morning person if I didnt go to bed when id be waking up.

Man, I’m cutting down severely on nicotine (vaping) and the withdrawal is fucking me up. Seems like my insomnia is getting worse by the day…

There is a breathing exercise that help tremendously. It's ten very deep breaths right before you go to bed. It works. Just shuts you down.

Can you point me to a resource that describes that breathing exercise?

Let me find it. It was a military dude describing what they do to fall asleep when deployed.

Try 500mg Tylenol.
