The future is literally men renting wombs and paying for child-rearing for 18 years. Marriage is dead. Even relationships are dead. Casual sex is also dead. Individualism/liberation/enlightenment killed another thing.

If you think this was caused by the enlightenment, then that’s your first missed point and the one that conceals all others.
The enlightenment is why “freedom” and “human rights” are the calling cards they use. But notice that they don’t give a damn about freedom when it’s convenient, or human rights if you’re the wrong race/sex?
It is metaphysical dualism.
Why can woman “do anything men can do”? Because we are “spiritually the same”.
How can men be “women actually? Because one’s spirit is totally independent of one’s body. It’s a female spirit trapped in a man’s body.
How then can men and women properly coexist while denying what they actually ARE, let alone acknowledging the nature of the other?
The answer is that they don’t.
The same philosophy that will destroy farmers livelihoods but still expect to have food… destroys gender based protections in marriage… but here’s the dirty secret… they DON’T expect you to get/stay married. They just need you to have one kid first before it all blows up so they can extort the maximum amount of money out of you.
But that’s not Aristotle or Locke talking when that happens. That’s Kant and Marx.
Marriage still works for those who aren’t denying basic nature. The problem is that you have no legal protections anymore, as those processes have been weaponized against their original purpose. But marriage works. I’m married with 3 kids.
