lowest cost is probably the 4g LTE option; could a second provider potentially too I suppose

4g LTE setups is the easy and cost effective, always with a UPS. Starlink is ok if you are out of the city. Always take into account the delays and some way to minimize/prioritize some traffic over other (QoS)
