This is one of the reason why nobody is running "enterprise blockchain nodes". My node is a ledger of financial records accounting for transactions and settlement. What's not is a digital photo album or a nostr relay for text messages.

And it's the node runners job to keep their nodes clean and the miners in check. If miners mine blocks with garbage, their blocks will propagate slower through the network and that's the incentive filtering nodes set for the miners to do no harm.
Besides the government always put the blame on you, if something wrong happening on your blockchain node then you will end up in jailed for things that are not in your control .
