So I guess there’s states where Biden can’t just remove himself from the ballot as it’s to late…

What are they gonna do about that?

Probably just gonna do whatever the fuck they want to

Probably right?

That's how I see it unfolding... Can't really see it any other way. Probably helps when your attorneys are the ones who make the laws. Feels bad man.

September maybe?

Pretty sure Ohio’s deadline is not passed yet. Maybe some other inaccurate information in the list.

I’m not sure but as I haven’t looked up all the states laws about this but, there’s some truth to this.

My understanding was that the DNC was going to do a virtual nomination specifically to make Ohio’s deadline for being on the ballot. Which would make me think Ohio must have had the first deadline. The virtual nomination was planned to occur around August 7th, which is why they had to pressure Joe to exit now. That’s my understanding. So I don’t think there should be any ballots Harris can’t be on as long as she is virtually nominated around the 7th. So hypothetically truth yes there is a deadline and they cut it close.

I just read some shit online & couldn’t make sense of it…

I don’t think Biden is on the Ohio ballet because he withdrew before the dnc?

That’s my understanding
