My life has dramatically improved since reading Breath by James Nestor last year. Reduced allergies and increased physical performance. And that is just from being more conscious about my breathing through my nose. Still lots to learn and practice.

How early did you start with the myo munchee?

Just get one and use it once it fits their jaw size. Earlier is better. Get there faster with plenty of sun, milk, cheese, and simply plenty (unlimited) amounts of animal foods and fruit.

You can start with the Bebe size as young as 3 months, but have to get those from a certified provider

Does it have to be an in person provider?

Some will do it remotely or telehealth. Thereโ€™s just more instruction involved about how to utilize it properly in infants and exercises you can do to improve the connection between the brain and mouth/airway. I would highly recommend an in-person appointment if possible because most offices that carry these are trained in diagnosing and treating myofunctional/airway development issues that may not be treatable with just a Myomunchee and would be a great resource for you

Based. Canโ€™t recommend Myomunchee enough. If you need more expansion, starting kids in Myobrace at night starting as young as age 3 is a great adjunct as well

No, you don't want your daughter to be ugly, and having an underdeveloped facial structure goes along way towards accomplishing that.

A strong jaw is not "masculine", but is more a feature of overall health and vitality. A fully developed face makes women more feminine and men more masculine.

It's attractive for the same reason a good buttery tan is = a signal of robust and bountiful health.

As someone who has the jawline of a potato from the first quarter-century of my life being based around salads, soups and cereal, PLEASE THINK ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF MEAT-CHEWING FOR YOUR KIDS!

I see a noticeable improvement when I eat tough steak every day consistently for a while (vs. ground beef/hamburger patties). I still need to really lock this in though; your boy is fiat broke so I've been almost 100% on cheap ground beef this year
