There’s a huge opportunity to educate local business owners on Bitcoin and how they can accept it as a form of payment

However, I’m worried about attaching my name heavily to Bitcoin in a more physical, local environment - might be putting a big red target on my back when there’s large price appreciation

Thoughts?

Bitcoin needs more boots on the ground. Real people, IRL. Everyone has to make that decision for themselves, but if you are able to come out as a bitcoiner then do it! Will 100% change your life.

Exactly this

I agree with this statement. Definetly changed mine.

I feel you, but want to start outing myself a little more also

Yeah, I have the same apprehensions about being vocal locally.

Right. Is it putting yourself in danger sharing with the locals that you advocate btc, implying you definitely own some, especially if you live in a metropolitan which has more crime

The world is on the trajectory of being less stable as well. I’m passionate about the cause, but not necessarily trying to become a martyr. Is there a balanced approach for a humble pleb in there somewhere? 🤔

Monero for no kidnapped owners.

Would appreciate some additional perspectives on this

Great opportunity, however I’m nervous for my safety if I’m a walking ‘hey I have Bitcoin!’ target in my local area
