Yes, eating meat, flour or veggies won’t kill you. What kills you is eating the same meals every day

Better go ask a nutritionist, or try it yourself: balance your diet with meat, fresh veggies, legumes, fish, grain and seeds and see how your body reacts
Eat meat, a few veggies, and fat once a day if you are happy with your weight, once every two days if you aren’t. Done!
