The temptation is very strong to sell some of my stack to buy raw land and start a homestead for my family.
The counter-argument is to just wait 2-3 years and maybe Bitcoin will buy that land easy.
This is a gamble, and at 31yo I really don't want to wait any longer.
What are your thoughts?
31 isn’t very old. I imagine you can spend the next few years planning and stacking. Then by 35 you’ll have the bitcoin you want and a plan ready to execute.
I'm always for homesteading, if you feel it's the right time for you and the thought is constantly coming up then it might be the right time. The thing I always hear from the people around us that have been doing it for years is that you have to be willing to sacrifice for it and that it's hard work but completely worth it.
