My dad is a year out of retirement, he lost everything in the 2008 market crash, a boomer, resistant to change, and was extremely cautious and skeptical for years. This year after years of trying to get him to go down the #bitcoin rabbit hole I finally got him a few months back. He’s been studying bitcoin the last few months, and confidently going to liquidate his retirement to buy some corn.

As long as he is able to hold through an 80% drawdown (I've been through 2 of them), thats a fine story. If he chickens out and sells at the bottom your father will hate you for the rest of his life.
