Do you think those belts are heavy enough for a gun holster?

I'm not knowledgeable enough to know that. Those water buffalo belts are 9oz. Not sure if this is enough.

BUT

I'm working on 2 other line of belts I call "The New World" and "The Heritage".

The second one would 100% be enough. No doubts.

I'll check my current belt and compare. I had simplified life down to just one brown belt but now I feel like I should at least get a black one.
