Well for starters you restrict the premium the seller can offer for non privacy preserving payment options. If you want payment via SEPA then max 2% premium. Fuck off. But if you want to offer F2F/gift cards then you can set 10% premium. You need to find ways to incentivise privacy and educate.

Also the interface is not helpful or supportive. Get AI to write user stories/experiences to help you improve the UX/UI.

For robosats to win you have to be way more user friendly than Binance.

Here is another idea. For someone with a Nostr account and making their first robosats purchase don't make post a bond in sats to create a chicken and egg loop.

Thanks for your feedback ๐Ÿงก

I don't agree on applying restrictions based on payment methods, as I said the input is free text, anybody can just skip that restriction and the only thing you will as a result is to split the liquidity of a single payment method into 2.

About education, we added a lot of popups for the next version on that line, plus there always has been https://learn.robosats.org to learn. Truth is we don't get much hands to help on the project and that documentation is probably pretty old. All help is welcome.

I think Robosats already won ๐Ÿ˜ But as said, we don't have a UI or Sales department to spend time thinking on how to improve everything, and AI have a lot of limitations on this area. All help is welcome.

I don't understand the last paragraph about nostr. Can you elaborate?

My last point was about making it easier for people starting out. Don't make them post a bond in sats when they are coming to robosats for the first time to purchase sats for the first time? I was thinking if they can provide a valid active Nostr pubkey then that might provide enough assurance for a small initial purchase. If I have this wrong let me know.
