So. In the end my sister went there, clicked the wifi button on the router and MamaGrinder is happy again. Yes, I did ask her three times if the wifi light is enabled on the router. The thing is, she only sees the lights that are on. A light being off is black on black.

Yes it is. She's having trouble adjusting to losing her sight and it's not her fault. She just gets very anxious whenever there is a problem these days because she's learning that she's depending on help. Must be tough for her.
