I was able to get #nip05 verification setup! In addition I migrated my profile and banner images to my domain as well.

#[1] has been great in getting me acquainted to #nostr, but I love how much of my data is under my control.

How did you manage to identify #nip05 on your subdomain? Doesn't work for me, although followed this advice: https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/issues/241

You're using your bech32 pubkey, that does not work AFAIK. You need to use your hex encoded pubkey, which is 3181d8a718ab49b619776a8b744b4c7b4bfb27cc691dccba2765070472d1ce20 (I converted it with https://nostrcheck.me/converter/)

I’ll have to call that out in the post.

There is a trend that bech32 ids are generally *only used by humans* and the protocol itself uses hex encoding for most everything.
