Actually as a pure carnivore the fat is where all the nutrition is. Once in ketosis the fat and or grease is what my body craves. I used to cut the fat off of steak, now it's the 1st thing I eat. You really have to be in ketosis to appreciate the fat π
Our local beef is grass fed but not well marbled, more fat than traditional tomahawks but the flavor is fantastic...just have to chew a bit moreπ€
