We finally have a universal test of free speech.
In Russia to criticize the Western world, and in the US to criticize the Eastern world.
Put it in a cloud without any links to where that cloud infrastructure lives and only accessible via encrypted traffic. Similar to Tor servers. Nobody knows where they are.
I'd put it in Texas or Wyoming.
Or maybe USA West Coast, near one of the techy-regions.
Same place where Mullvad has there headquarters: Gothenburg, Sweden.
