GM! Woke up with an excruciating pain in my right foot. Decided the only way to go about this was right through it and walked the dog for an hour through the forest and over some steep terrain. It hurt more for the first ten minutes, then the pain started to subside slowly.

Walking the pain away really works most of the time. Starting to rest immediately once something hurts is a big misconception of our generation fueled by doctors and big pharma.

As a bonus, I found the source of love in the forest, life is wild.

Walking fixes so many things it's unbelievable it's still a government-allowed activity, and free on top of that.

Yup, anyway as a masseuse I've met way too many people who believe "if it hurts, it's healing" or that if they ignore it long enough, it will get better by itself - although it's getting worse.

I sent quite a few of them to straight to the doctor with solid complications that could be healed properly and easily years ago. Pain is there to tell you something bad is happening, not to be ignored. It's not a weakness to rest if you're hurt, it's ignorance of own problems that's mostly the issue.

I left it behind it the forest. πŸ«‚πŸ§‘

It could be magnesium deficiency, many of us have this, I suggest taking some magnesium supplements, it should help! – it helped me!

Walking does help, but if you don’t integrate essential minerals it could come back, vitamins and minerals have nothing to do with big pharma :)

Good point, I do take mg every once in a while, not a regular supplements guy though.
