There's now academic backing that the Wim Hof method with breathwork and additional cold exposure has strong, and long-lasting anti-inflammatory effects while consciously boosting the body's immune response. Is this documented for a carnivore diet?

And wouldn't it be necessary to narrow it down to e.g. which type of meat, what else is being eaten next to it and what's the general (psychological) health background?
