Good morning and happy weekend 🤗
Yesterday evening, after my fiat-job I was in the kitchen for another 2.5 hours and prepared and cooked a few things...I usually try to process as much as possible over the weekend ⚡️
1. so that there is enough to eat at the weekend and during the week and
2. also because electricity is cheaper then and I can run the dehydrator during the day too.
So yesterday I had another short marathon in the kitchen and I conjured up the following:
- Carrot walnut falafel
- Tomato Brazil nut almond bars
- Brazil nut almond olive bars
- Pizza wraps
- Cauliflower wings
All raw, vegan and organic 💚
I don't have a precise recipe for the bars yet, because, as I almost always do, I throw together all sorts of tasty things...
There are so many sweet raw snacks and bars on the market...That's why I like to make salty variations. And they are so well received and very nourishing 👌🏽
