It’s quite complicated for us at this point but we are exploring how to incorporate Nostr more and more into the app. People host a lot of private events which makes it tricky since everything on Nostr is public. Right now, a little Easter egg is that you can add your NIP05 to your profile! But we’re working on it 💪
I didn’t spec out private calendar events when I made NIP-52 but I think it’s possible with NIP-59 gift wraps.
Do you have any recommendations for clients that support calendars other than satlantis (dosn't load), flockstr (abandoned) or Coracle (paused?)
There aren’t many. nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn recently opened a pull request to update NIP-52, so I guess it’s either Coracle or Flotilla that he’s working on that supports calendars.
I’m building Comingle, an events app which was my original motivation for the NIP, but that’s on only iOS at the moment. Eventually, it’ll support other platforms.
